The Work
Every nonprofit reaches moments when the work suddenly becomes bigger than the leadership capacity available. Sometimes it’s the departure of an Executive Director. Other times it’s rapid growth, an overwhelmed team, a major event, operational challenges, or simply too many moving pieces and not enough time to manage them all well.
That’s when emails start sitting unanswered a little too long, staff need direction, boards become pulled deeper into day-to-day operations, and important details begin slipping through the cracks.
That’s exactly where I come in.
That's exactly where I come in.
Interim Executive Leadership
For organizations navigating leadership transition.
When a leadership gap opens, the operational details don't pause. Payroll still runs. The board still needs updates. Donors and members still expect responsiveness. Staff still need support and direction. Vendors, speakers, sponsors, and partners still have questions that need answers.
I step in and handle it: board communication and guidance, day-to-day staff support, financial oversight, donor and member relationships, vendor and speaker management, member communications, and marketing continuity. And when the right permanent leader arrives, the transition is seamless.
Fractional Executive Support
For organizations that need flexible executive leadership.
Every nonprofit is unique. Some organizations need experienced leadership during periods of transition. Others require additional executive capacity as they grow, take on major initiatives or navigate operational challenges. Some simply need experienced executive presence on an ongoing basis without the commitment of a full-time role.
Fractional support means your organization has consistent, senior-level leadership. Someone who knows your operations, your board, and your stakeholders without the overhead of a full-time hire. Your board has something credible to say to donors. Your staff has someone to report to. And your momentum doesn't stall while you figure out what permanent leadership looks like.
Event & Conference Execution
For organizations that need a trusted hand running their highest-visibility moments.
An annual conference, an awards program, a public-facing community event. These are often the most visible things your organization does all year. The margin for error is thin. Your reputation is on the line.
I have planned and delivered events at every scale, including a 1,000-person annual meeting, a multi-program continuing education calendar, a televised gubernatorial debate, and multi-day conferences with complex logistics, sponsors, and speakers. I handle the details, drive ticket and sponsorship revenue, and make sure the event reflects the organization the way it was meant to.
